Academic Curriculum for those who wish to major in entrepreneurship. Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs (WEP) Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs (WEP) is widely considered one the most influential Centers of entrepreneurship in the world. The Wharton School was the first to develop a fully integrated curriculum of entrepreneurial studies in 1973. Entrepreneurial Intern Fellowship (Ambassadors of Entrepreneurship) The Wharton Entrepreneurial Intern Fellowship is a cash award for select students who plan to spend the summer in an entrepreneurial setting and who exhibit an entrepreneurial commitment at Wharton and in their careers. Wharton Global Internship Program In 2006, WEP launched the Wharton Global Internship Program. The program was developed with the goal of providing students with information and resources designed to encourage and support them as they consider alternatives to the more the traditional careers at Wharton of banking and consulting.
